Per TCG Ord. section 9.10, anyone using Town Roads for an event like a foot walk/race, bicycle race, parade, etc., with more than 10 participants must apply for this permit. The Town Board must approve the permit. There is a $400 deposit and $100 admin fee that has been waived on request for charitable events or those having minimal impact on Town roads and residents.
